At Thomas Discounted Merchandise, we strive to offer our products at deeply discounted prices. Due to the nature of our business model, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items purchased from our store. By purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms.

We provide quality products at discounted prices and cannot offer warranties on the items sold. Thomas Discounted Merchandise does not provide warranties of any kind on the products available through our site, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, of title, or of non-infringement of third-party rights.
